Commencing with the Ideal Stage, individuals display no significant signs of liver stress, maintaining normal liver function without noticeable abdominal bloating or fluid accumulation.

Stage 1
Your liver makes bile to break down fats. If your liver is stressed and unable to produce enough bile, you will experience bloating, constipation, and acid reflux. It is common to crave fatty foods, especially from fast-food restaurants even though you have problems digesting them. Soon after eating fatty foods you may start burping and belching.
Stage 2
When the liver becomes tired, it starts to leak fluid in the abdominal area causing a “water balloon”appearance with thin arms and legs. This is called acites and is correlated with moderate digestive discomfort, cravings for fatty foods and mild skin changes.
Stage 3
You might experience feelings similar to a hangover upon waking, even if you haven't consumed alcohol the night before. This includes waking up feeling grumpy, irritable, moody, depressed, or extremely tired, which are typical symptoms for those with liver stress.
