I have been taking this product with Calcium Lactate for years now. It makes it easier for my body to send the calcium to my body parts that need it most. I don’t get calcium buildup in my finger joints , knees etc. I am 80 next month and have NO arthritis in my hands, feet or legs, or anywhere else. My sister had it everywhere. Her hands and fingers were a mess. So I am knocking on wood and very happy with this product.
