I have been taking this supplement now for some time. It has been great to keep me from colds and flu. Along with immunoplex it’s awesome. I don’t get the usual ‘go around “ colds and flus that everyone seems to get every winter . No coughing , no runny nose, no spending days in bed , none of that crap! I am very busy and that is just NOT something I can be down for days with. So for me this is a must have supplement.

I have been taking this for awhile for my neuropathy. It’s seems to be working because I don’t have those symptoms anymore and my legs are stronger! But I am also taking a B12 supplement and some magnesium. When I first took this magnesium supplement the difference was incredible! And shortly after that I started on a special type of B12 (Methycobalamin) and Benfotiamine. So I am not sure which is working the best. But, I am continuing on all of them.
