Stage 1
You may have decreasing muscle mass. You may notice increasing recovery times from doing yard work or working out.
Stage 2
You may have decreasing frequency of morning erections and/or have erectile dysfunction. Gonadal body types often complain about decreased erection and ejaculation. They also cite wasting away of the testes (testicular atrophy) and soft testicles.
Stage 3
