Although turmeric has been traditionally used in cooking simply as a curry spice, numerous studies show that turmeric supports liver and gastrointestinal health.* One of the main keys to turmeric’s nutritional benefits has been shown to be its high concentration of natural compounds known as curcuminoids. Curcuminoids are present as a naturally occurring component of turmeric and possess significant free radical quenching capabilities. This provides free radical protection for liver and digestive health.*

We import our turmeric from Ayurvedic botanical growers in India where they have been naturally cultivating this nutritious root for centuries.
