Orders placed before 3 p.m. CT usually ships the same day. (Note: we recommend placing orders by 1 p.m. CT, particularly on the first Monday of each month and the day following a holiday due to an increase in order volume).

When you place your order, an estimated delivery date and shipping options/costs will be provided. Unless you order over $99, then 2-business day shipping will be free.

It is our policy that a parent or guardian must either be on a Natural Health Improvement program prior to bringing in their children or be willing to complete our recommended readings & shop to improve their children’s dietary intake. The reason for this is due to the need for changing food intake. Younger children are not able to control what food is being cooked, served, picked up, etc. A parent/guardian that is on a natural health improvement program has a better handle on what the household is eating and therefore a child’s experience is far better with faster results.  

99% of the time the product is on backorder. This means that you paid for the item and Standard Process is shipping the rest of the order from one of its warehouses.

We automatically send tracking information when the warehouse packs your order. If you didn't receive it your order may have not been fulfilled or after a busy holiday when the fulfillment centers are backed-up, orders are delivered without tracking numbers.

Sometimes your order didn't fulfill and generate a tracking number for reasons such as payment issues, address problems, fraud filters, diverter issues, etc.
